Since 1993, first at Varnet and then at VIT after the takeover in 2003, Annick manages with a smile, the reception of customers and the administrative management. What she likes most about VIT is the versatility! - Alison, Accounting assistant
Alison arrived as a trainee in accounting and was then hired to manage all the accounts receivable and payable for the three companies: VIT, ATV and Varnet. What she likes about VIT is the variety of tasks, the contact with customers and above all the fact that she is never bored. - Myriam, production line manager.
She combines team supervision with an operational role, installing frames between two sheets of glass. What she likes most is that the work changes all the time: depending on the orders, the glass and the frames are never the same!
She has seen many changes in 30 years at VIT: on safety, with full personal protective equipment, the introduction of lifting beams and automated sorting. - Elsa, HR manager
